Johnny Depp describes childbirth as "purely selfless"

I've always loved Johnny Depp, and not just because he was indescribably hot in Chocolat, or because my daughter is enthralled with him as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate factory. I just think there's something sincerely appealing about the man, despite his many controversial statements. I can't explain it.For this reason, I loved this recent article on him in Newsvine: as usual, there are statements attributed to him that are clearly intended to stir emotions; however, I love how he described the birth of his daughter: "I was never horribly self-obsessed or wrapped up in my own weirdness, but when my daughter was born, suddenly there was clarity," he said. "I wasn't angry anymore. It was the first purely selfless moment that I had ever experienced. And it was liberating. In that moment, it's like you become something else. The real you is revealed."
I love that.

Could he be any dreamier??
Lives in France - adores his girl - loves and dotes on his kids - hot as heck!!
And now, he shares his respect for women and how his kids helped him get over his own self.
A truly good man.

I worship this man!!! Yes, he is the hottest man alive, but he's so much more than that. He's an amazing actor and writer. He adores his family. He's an extremely sweet man, and he has a since of sensitivity. He doesn't take crap from anyone, and he's not afraid to be himself. He is just SUCH an amazing person. He truly inspires me. I really admire him.

(Scroll to the bottom of the link...top part is about Suri Cruise.)
Johnny Depp plays with dolls — but his daughter critiques his performance. “Actually I do like playing with Barbies," Depp told the London Independent. “It’s kind of a great thing to do with your kids, it's one-on-one time where you’re both inventing characters. You're watching your daughter's imagination flower. But the funniest thing for me was that I was actually using that time to explore different characters with the Barbies and she didn't like it. At a certain point she said: ‘Dad, please just stop, don't do that, just do your regular voice.’ That put me in my place.” . . .
